Growing up between Pennsylvania and New Jersey, with a strong foundation in faith and family, I always felt a deep calling to help others. As a Black Christian woman, I\u2019ve lived in several states, gaining a diverse perspective on how different environments shape people\u2019s emotional well-being.<\/p>

Becoming a mother to my daughter and son transformed my understanding of mental health, especially the challenges women face during life transitions. This inspired me to pursue a career in therapy, where I help women navigate motherhood, relationships, and personal growth.<\/p>

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, catching up on shows like Three Women<\/em> on Starz, and learning Spanish to unwind.
