My Approach
I utilize creative approaches to my personal style of therapy. I employ a balance of support and challenge in my supervision. I aim to help supervisees not only develop their own theoretical style of practice by assisting them to develop their own techniques and critical skills.
I use a blend of Attachment Informed with Client-Focused Supervision to create a reflective and collaborative environment which increases their learning and allows for growth beyond the textbook. Through supervision, we would look at the attachment needs/style of the learner with service to the client as a priority.

Clinical Supervision
A clinical supervision therapist provides guidance and support to other mental health professionals, often those in training or early in their careers. This type of therapist uses their experience and expertise to help supervisees develop their clinical skills, ethical practices, and professional competencies. They meet regularly with supervisees to discuss case studies, review treatment plans, and offer constructive feedback. The goal is to ensure high standards of care for clients and to foster the professional growth of the supervisee.
